Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 lemons juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Optional garnishes: parsley lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preparation: Rinse the wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Ensure all feathers and debris are removed.
  • Seasoning: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, baking powder, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, and sea salt. Toss the wings in the mixture to coat evenly.
  • Air-Fryer Method: Set the air-fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wings in the basket in a single layer and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
    Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking tray with foil and coat with cooking spray. Arrange the wings in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. Bake for 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
    Grill Method: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the wings for 10-15 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and crispy.
  • Resting: Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving
  • Serving: Arrange the wings on a platter, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, and serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
